First turn the potentiometer P1 fully clockwise. If you connect the battery, the LED LED1 is off.
On turning P1 counterclockwise, the LED1 will suddenly light up at a certain point.
On turning now the P1 back clockwise, you have to turn a little further before the LED1 goes out again...
The switch-on and switch-off points do not match!
