C-MOS 4066

The C-MOS 4066 component contains 4 separate bilateral switches. The switch can be used independent from the direction of the current and can be used for analog signals.

The signals at the switch must be within the voltages at pin 7 and pin 14.

The C-MOS 4016 is identical but has a higher ON-Resistance.
