Experiment 4 - LEDs in a Parallel Circuit

Build the circuit shown in which three LEDs light up.

The LEDs are arranged in a parallel circuit. Each LED requires a resistor in order not to be destroyed.

Consequently, through each LED flows a current of LED of 15 mA, i.e. a total current of 45 mA! The current and hence the energy consumed is three times as big as with a single LED.
